Lenee’ Pezzano

Lenee’ Pezzano is the Owner of Pezzano Enterprises, a workforce consulting and project management business specializing in the facilitation and execution of industry sector strategies in response to identified labor demand.  A recent example includes a $4.6MM Department of Labor grant project entitled LogisticsART (Attract and Retain Talent), which prepared dislocated and underemployed individuals with the skills necessary to obtain employment in the logistics industry.  The project resulted in over one thousand trained individuals, a seventy-five percent employment placement rate and received awards such as “Top 25 ARRA (American Recovery and Reinvestment Act) Grantee” and the Ohio Economic Development Association’s “Excellence in Workforce Development Innovation.”

Leneé’s career spans a variety of industries and roles in both public and private sectors which contributes to her ability to provide multiple perspectives and a broad range of relevant solutions.  
She has served as an individual contributor and leader in capacities such as: Customer Service, Operations, Sales, Human Resources, Training and Administration.  Board and Committee memberships include:  The Ohio Association of Career Colleges and Schools (OACCS), the OACCS Legislative Committee, the Grove City Chamber Education Foundation, the Columbus Regional Logistics Council (CLRC) Workforce Committee and the Women Empowered: Leading, Educating and Developing (WE:LEAD) Committee.  Leneé has also volunteered with Ohio Women’s Refuge (OWR), a faith-based, non-profit organization that offers a new beginning to women coming out of the sex industry.

Lenee’ obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1994 from The Ohio State University.  In her spare time, Leneé enjoys mentoring young women, traveling, dancing, hunting and other outdoor activities, cooking and spending time with friends and family.
