Brings you greetings from the City of Joy Enrichment Center in Akron, Ohio where the Word is Preached and taught by Pastors Mayceo Smith II and Patrice Smith. Minister Thytira has been a licensed minister for 16 years in both word and action. When not studying the Word she is pursuing her dream as a full time student at the University of Akron, pursing a Bachelor Degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Pre-Physical Therapy.
Thytira has taken advantage of her college experience by becoming the Vice President of the UA Exercise Science Club, UA Adult Learners Social Media Coordinator, Member of UA Akron Association of Family and Consumer Sciences and the UA Office of Accessibility Notetaker. And if that has not tired you out, Thytira has also been a licensed and working Cosmetologist for 25 years.
Thytira believing in a life of balance, in the rare moments of leisure time, you can find her exploring her creative side by making jewelry, sewing, acting and cooking/catering. And she tries to fit in her love of travel, shoe shopping, action films and WWE Wrestling Entertainment the ULTIMATE STRESS RELEIVER! And in the legacy of the Proverbs 31 women, Thytira in pursuing all God has for her securing a future of service she is on the road to becoming a Doctor of Physical Therapy, published author, world traveler and fulfilling God’s will of impacting lives and giving hope of Phillippians 4:11, “Not that I speak in respect of want: for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content.”
